Personal details such as name, mobile number, artist ID, and verification code.

Song-related data including metadata and ownership details.

Payment and revenue details related to songs uploaded.

We use the collected information for:

Processing song uploads and applying relevant charges.

Managing revenue distribution among multiple artists.

Investigating misuse or breaches of our terms.

Communicating with users through their registered mobile number only.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share user data or verification codes with third parties.

Users are responsible for keeping their artist ID and verification code confidential. Misuse resulting from such disclosure will be the user's responsibility.

4. Revenue and Financial Terms

A non-refundable fee of ₹50 is charged for each song released.

We retain a 20% cut from the revenue generated by each song.

Clear revenue reports must be submitted if uploading songs on behalf of other artists. Failing to do so may result in actions including but not limited to revenue hold or account termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

Artificial boosting or interference with song streams or views is strictly prohibited. If detected, consequences may include financial penalties or removal of the song.

Artists are solely responsible for any copyright infringement or strikes. The company bears no liability.

Illegal use of songs or misbehavior with staff (e.g., abuse, rude behavior) will result in a suspension of revenue for an extended period.

6. Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

7. User Responsibility

Artists must provide full and accurate song details upon submission. Post-submission changes will not be entertained.

All communications must be made through the registered mobile number. We will not respond to requests made from unregistered numbers.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
